For any HealthySoil Site that permits you to place orders or otherwise effect transactions with HealthySoil, additional terms and conditions may be applicable to that transaction and, if so, those terms will be displayed on the web pages which enable to you to conduct such business.

The United States and other governments regulate the import and export of products and information. You agree that, to the extent such laws are applicable to you or the transaction you wish to effect with HealthySoil, you will comply with all such import and export laws and regulations and that you will not import, export or re-export products or services purchased or sold through the Site to countries or persons prohibited under applicable import and export control laws.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund (less shipping/handling charges) or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date; returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
